Is it going to buzz constantly?
The first few days, quite a bit. That's not a flaw — it's the first time anything has told you how often you slouch. Most people find it drops off sharply around day four or five.

Can people tell I'm wearing it?
They can see it. It sits at the base of your neck, right around your collar line, and it's matte black. Some people wear it over their shirt, others tuck it under a sweater or a loose top. What nobody else notices is the buzz — that part is silent.

Does it work standing, driving, or on my phone?
Yes. It reads the angle of your upper back, so it works the same sitting, standing, behind the wheel, or looking down at your phone. The one exception is exercise — take it off to work out, since movement sets off false alerts.

How many hours a day should I wear it?
There's no rule. Most people use it during their longest stretches sitting or on their feet. It's a training tool, not something to wear around the clock — the point is to stop needing it.

What if I have back pain or an injury?
