Shipping policy

1. Processing Time Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday) before they are shipped out from our international fulfillment centers.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer shipping to the United States with the following estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 10 to 20 business days.

• Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5 to 10 business days.

• Please note that transit times are estimates and may vary due to high demand, customs processing, or postal carrier delays.

3. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's journey directly on our website or through the courier tracking system.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Vitaflexa is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
